The much lauded Fulltone ‘69 fuzz pedal could be back for a limited run. The ‘69 has been heartily endorsed by artists such as The Rolling Stones, Eric Johnson, The Black Crowes and Robin Trower. With original models now going for crazy prices this announcement is an exciting prospect for fuzz lovers:

They’re raping me on the price, but I don’t care, I LOVE the sound, and clean-up-ability of these. So it looks like I’ll be able to build a small run of (same ole large box) 69 pedals after all. The Ultimate Fuzz face ain’t about Mojo…it’s all about the transistors and matching them correctly, and that’s my thing”

I also popped Fulltone an email about availability and Mike Fuller got straight back to me brimming with excitement. He’ll be getting a test batch of transistors in the next week and then we’ll know for sure whether we got game. Hope we get some all time fuzz!
